There’s nothing like the crunch of granola to get rid of life’s woes. I have been experimenting with my healthy homemade granola’s for quite some time now, because not only is it highly therapeutic, rewarding, and well just plain damn delicious, it also makes my kitchen smell warm and toasty.
Because of my oat obsession, I have now been aptly nicknamed GRANOLA GIRL!

Preheat oven to 325. Lightly oil casserole dish with coconut oil
Combine 3 cups oats, ½ cup oat bran, ½ cup wheat germ, ½ cup shredded coconut, ½ cup ground flax seed, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, ¼ cup chopped almonds, ½- ¾ cup maple syrup, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ cup coconut oil
Transfer to casserole dish or rimmed baking sheet. Bake 25 min stirring frequently for even baking.
Remove from oven, mix in dried cranberries or other dried fruit of choice. Allow to cool.
