Being of South American and European descent, there’s absolutely no escaping my excitement when the World Cup rolls around after a long 4 year wait. There’s nothing like the feeling of a World Cup summer; the pride, the passion, the comradery, the tears, the cheers……not to mention, early escapades from work to get to the nearest big screen! It’s infectious, intense and insanely exciting.
So, this week I got together with my Brazilian friend, Tadeo, creator of the exotically fun workout, Cuerpaso. For those who dont know, Cuerpaso (translation- smoking hot body) is a 1 hour full body work out mixing football drills and skills with a little samba, all done on the sand (for extra toning!), and in the sun on Santa Monica beach, CA. As most of us are trying to get bikini body ready this summer, and with the spirit of the world cup in mind, I asked him to share 5 easy soccer skills that will get us into shape, Brazilian style.

In case you wanted to know, since Paraguay, did not qualify this year (unbelievable!), I will be supporting neighboring Brazil and of course my beloved, ENGLAND!
