I started my 2015 in chilly, charming London this week, absorbing in as much culture, food, fashion and inspiration the city perpetually has to offer. If you are in London (or going there soon), two must-see stylish exhibitions I highly recommend are the Design Museum’s Fashion Women Power Exhibit – a hugely inspiring look at how princesses, models, CEO’s, Dames and Designers have used fashion to enhance and define their position in the world. And my dreamy favorite; V&A’s Wedding Dresses 1775-2014, displaying how the wedding dress has evolved over the last two centuries. These were definitely the highlights of my London trip this time around. I also got to check out the Mondrian Hotel’s new digs on the river, and enjoyed a beautifully presented lunch at their restaurant, Sea Containers. I couldn’t leave without a therapeutic dose of London shopping, bien sur. A new start to the year, called for a new white shirt. I found this striped white and blue one below by Tommy Hilfiger, befittingly refreshing, and ideal to step me into spring with ease.
